Directions

Prepare the Ingredients: Place 200g of shredded coconut in a blender. Add enough warm water to cover the coconut.

Blend: Blend the mixture for at least two minutes until smooth and creamy.

Strain: Pass the blended mixture through a nut milk bag or a fine mesh strainer to separate the liquid from the coconut pulp.

Store: Pour the coconut milk into a bottle or jar and store it in the refrigerator. Shake well before use.

Tips and Variations

Variation: Adjust the amount of water to achieve your desired consistency; less water will result in a creamier milk.
