This Classic Salmon Toast is a delightful and nutritious option, perfect for a light breakfast or brunch. Made with smoked salmon, cream cheese, small cucumber slices, and large caper berries, it's a flavorful and satisfying meal. The base is my keto bread, which you can find the recipe for here on the site, making it a completely keto and gluten-free dish. I added basil oil to the cream cheese and fresh dill for an extra burst of flavor, and garnished it with fresh chives.
